1.About the site

therozum.com is the website of Rozum about our services and products. It is for information only and is not a public offer: the scope, price and terms of any project are agreed in a separate contract.

2.Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Don’t try to disrupt it or reach its non-public parts, don’t send false information or other people’s data through the contact form, and don’t copy the site automatically in a way that loads it.

3.Free tools

The tools in Smart tools (therozum.com/services) are free and provided “as is”, with no guarantee that they always work or that a particular file can be prepared. We may limit, change or stop them at any time.

You are responsible for what you download with the YouTube downloader. Download only content you have the rights to: your own videos, videos under a free licence or with the rights holder’s permission. Don’t use it to break the law, YouTube’s terms or other people’s rights.

Don’t use the tools through scripts or in a way that overloads them; the number of requests is limited.

4.Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo, the Rozum name, the images and the apps in the portfolio belong to Rozum or are used with permission. You may quote the site with a link to the source; any other use needs our written consent.

5.Information on the site

We keep the information accurate, but it may change without notice. Figures such as “3× faster” and “5× lower cost” are our estimates against the market average, not a guarantee for a particular project. Timelines and prices are confirmed in a proposal.

6.Links to other sites

The site links to other sites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or their handling of data.

7.Liability

The site is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses that result from using the site or from not being able to use it.

8.Personal data

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. We try to settle any dispute by negotiation first; otherwise it goes to the courts of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country you live in.
